Hi Mo,
What fun, I love to go to Tea Rooms. Mishelle at The Crowned Casa and I are trying to do that at least once a month and then shop afterwards.
I loved the photos of homes etc. too, fun to see.

P.S. your grandbabies are all adorable. Love the twins names, very Irish sounding!

Your grandchildren are so sweet Mo (love their names)!..nothing better than sleeping over at Grandma's house!..my kids loved it. Doesn't happen as often now as they are older.
The homes in SF are beautiful. When my MIL comes back from her visit to Kansas we are going to check out a fairly new tea house downtown. Will try to remember to take pics.

Your grandchildren are so adorable! Aren't grandchildren just the best thing since tea bags!!! Your lunch at the tea room looked divine...I love the way the pear dessert looked and it is even a little healthy, right?
Sherry Oh & btw...Mary sent me here!!!
Mo, those granddarlings are adorable. God has blessed you indeed! They are so cute and twin grandsons! I always love your tea pictures, that food looks scrumptious!! I remember Haight Ashbury, not from having been there, just hearing about it. Oh, those homes! I would love to see inside them also.
Hope your day is a beautiful one!
What a cute tea house. The food looks delicious and the presentation is perfect. I like the cute tag on the teapot, naming the tea.
SF is an unusual city. Are the hippies still there?
Your grandchildren are adorable.

What a great area you are in to be able to visit places with such history behind them! And what a lovely tea shop. I don't think there's anything like that in my area.
Those grandkids, what beautiful children they are! Loooove their names too! :o)
Hi Mo,
There is nothing like a day with the girls and a tea shop. Did you girls stay out of trouble?
Your babies are so precious. What a wonderful memory for all.
Hugs

Love the tea, and how they marked the flavor of tea! I love the old house, I dreamed for one, but settled for a Craftman's Bungalow!
I called Hubby over, he loved the legs out the window. He's determined to get him a lamp like the one in The Christmas Story! lol
