Victorian Room Lady

I found this dress form lady but it was very plain....soooo I wove netting around the whole dress....It really didn't take that long but I liked the look a lot better.......
Then I took some of my "VERY OLD JEWELRY" that I haven't worn in years and put it around her neck.....I also had an old broach and bracelet I put around her neck......
It sure brings back some sweet memories of my old jewelry.....

I hung a small purse with some roses.......
and on the back of the form I put some silk roses and tied a bow with netting and ribbon and hung a crystal from the bow.......
I have her in my Victorian room....
just looking pretty......

That is a really nice way to dress up a dress form. I like it. It would work in a sewing room too I guess. What fun!

Mo, wow, the dress form could not be any more charming. You have a real talent for finding wonderful treasures, but your real gift lies in what you do with them once you get them home. WOW!!! love you, sharon

Hi Mo, designer, and creator of all things beautiful. What a beatuiful thing to do. I bought a small dress form in silver for my shop and I took new vintage looking hankies and hung those on the skirt part. But the hankies are gone and now I know exactly what to do with it because of you.

Hello again my friend,
Just stopped back to see what you are up to.
On Saturday one of the blogs has a Tablescape and Recipe party.
I wanted to encourage you to participate. Blogland needs to see what you would come up with. And selfishly I need your inspiration for Eufaula.
Hugs for your day
Becky
