bless his heart he even put them under the lace plates....
they are made out of wood and have just the look I love......

and they look Fabulous on my table......

I love my Mother's Day present.....
Thank you Dougie...I love you !!!!!!!

Hi Mo,

I'm playing catch up with my blog visits. So nice to visit yours and get updated on all your crafty projects and your lovely home.
Dougie did a super job setting up your tablescape and what darling chargers. I see why you wanted them.
Loved your picket fence post. I hope to have a small cottage with a picket fence some day. They just envelope and home and welcome family and friends to come inside.

Your DH did a wonderful job on the table. How amazing. Better than I would do. My husband likes a pretty table, too and when we take the dishes from the dishwasher, they go right back on the table.

That is the sweetest thing to come home to. The table is beautiful. I would say he is definitely a keeper. I remember you telling about how he planned the trip to Washington DC for you. Can we clone him? lol. Every woman should have a hubby like him.

Wow! I am sooo impressed!

While a beautiful tablescape from my hubby isn't in my foreseeable future ☺, he did totally rock on Mother's Day! He got up early and went to Denny's for double strawberries with whipped cream on waffles to go. Put them on a pretty plate & served my waffles in bed! Pretty cool, huh! ☺ Diane
