Given Treasures

I work with a great group of Flight Attendants....they live all over the US and their shopping grounds are vast...a lot of them have seen my blog and know what I like...so every once in a while they will find and give me a treasure.....like the vintage hanger on the old window from Jill......I also removed the dried thing I had hanging over the window and put some vintage lace linen that was also a given treasure from Margaret........
I do like the guest room mini re-do much better...and at night it is so pretty......
this plate was another given treasure from Victoria....she told me she paid 25 cents for this beauty....she also gave me a "BIG" bag of vintage crystals...she only paid $1.00 for the whole bag.....I have them hanging everywhere and on just about everything.......... Thank You all and I love you !!!!!

the plate below is one of my favorites......I love the roses and the blue trim.....this plate I found....

Hubby and I went to Home Depot today to get the wood for our project....we are going to work on it tomorrow.....so I sure hope I have something fun to show you next week....Have a wonderful weekend....

Very beautiful. I am doing something similar in my Master, so I love seeing others pictures and ideas. You are very creative. I spend all my time in my yard this time of year, you make me want to get busy again inside today...lol. Come visit my blog for some flowers to match your plates today! I have plenty~~~Brooke

Your guest room so so beautiful! I've been planning on making a guest room out of my son's old room for a while now. I've already bought the bedding. I am going to use light blue and light yellow. I've never used those colors before. Your room looks so peaceful. I love that color blue.

Mo, just beautiful as always! I enjoyed reading about your given treasures. Makes them extra special doesn't it?
Hope your day and weekend is wonderful and wishing you a happy time with your hubby working on your project. Can't wait to see what you create.

I think that's neat to have friends bringing you treasures they find when traveling. I love how you have the window displayed. I really like the plates too.
Have a great weekend.

it's beautiful. What makes it more special is that your friends have a little piece of them displayed :-)
