Gotta Love Layering

Sorry, but I didn't make my bed.....
I thought how silly to make my bed just to take a picture of the before.....
I have wanted to layer my bed to cover the wood sideboard....
I have been looking for a dust ruffle and everything I liked was over $50 and under $100...no way...who has the $$$ just to cover a little bit of wood....well, I found the Battenburg Lace dust ruffle .....and where else....Home Goods for $7.99

I love how it cover the bit of the wood sideboard......

if you wait long enough something always turns up.....
plus I love Battenburg Lace...just so crisp, cozy and Romantic looking......
Hugs,
Mo :-)

Happy Memorial Day Mo!

It is not yet 7:00am here. We woke up to thunder this morning. I feel so bad for those with outdoor plans! Our cookout was yesterday, we had a great time.
Love the battenburg layering. Your bed looks so soft and pretty. I am looking for a nightstand. I hope I find something soon. I am so done with the skirted table there now.
Hope your holiday is lovely!
Hugs and blessings to you! Mary

Hi Mo, My sister moved into her home and thats where I have been spending my time. Hopefully I'll be in the swing of things again with my blogging. Well when I saw this post, it reminded me of a post I'll be doing very soon this week about my bed skirt, so stay turned. Your bed looks BEAUTIFUL- so cozy and romantic. To one lacy girl to another.

I am laughing as I just had to have a bed with a sideboard. Now I hate it. I have a very high bed so there is not one that I can buy that is long enough to go to the floor. I guess I need to have one custom made or get a job at Home Goods as the stock girl:) Thanks for sharing.
